Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Business Systems Consultant to support digital transformation, business process improvement, and enterprise systems initiatives across mining and construction operations. The role partners with business stakeholders, project managers, site teams, and technology vendors to deliver business value through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements
• Facilitate workshops and process mapping sessions
• Support ERP, HRIS and project systems implementations
• Coordinate UAT, training and change management activities
• Develop reports, dashboards and business documentation
• Collaborate with ICT teams and external vendors
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering or related discipline
• PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile BA or equivalent certifications desirable
• Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (desirable)

Mining & Construction Requirements

• White Card
• Standard 11 Mining Induction
• Working at Heights
• Confined Space Entry
• First Aid Certification
• Site induction experience (BHP, Rio Tinto or similar desirable)

Experience & Skills

• 5+ years in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis or Consulting
• Experience within mining, construction, engineering or heavy industry
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365 or TechnologyOne
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience with Power BI, SharePoint and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
